Words on Back: Zuri was the curious leader of a zebra herd that crossed my path in the Maasai Mara Wildlife Reserve in Kenya. Zuri means beautiful in Swahili. Her daughters Zephyr and Zoe still have traces of their fuzzy baby fur. The rest of the group are Zoltan, Zeke and Zed.
