Pika Works has chosen to use PayPal to provide you with a secure, online ordering system. In addition, we are careful to assure the privacy of your information throughout your visit to our site and while processing your order.

We may use your e-mail or snail mail addresses to send you information about Pika Works and its products from time to time. If you do not wish to be maintained on our list for this purpose, please let us know on your order form or here by e-mail to joan@pikaworks.com. Simply say, "Please remove me from your mailing list."

We at Pika Works will not sell, share, swap, or surrender personal information about you to anyone without your permission. If you provide travel reports or stories for use on the Pika Works Web site, we will acknowledge you as you wish.

Returns and Refunds

Pika Works aims to please. If the Pika Works product you receive does not meet your expectations, please contact joan@pikaworks.com within 14 days of receipt. She will discuss your concerns and decide the best route to your satisfaction. In order for products to be considered for return and full refund, they must be in perfect condition.
