Few Moose Facts
Moose
are the largest members of the deer family. To be precise, the moose
species is Alces alces and there are 6 subspecies. Four subspecies
live on the North American continent. They differ a bit in overall
size, coloring and shape of head but you wouldn't mistake any of
them for anything but a moose.*
